Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Hourly rates are on a sliding scale, depending upon the number of hours required. Detailed logs of the time spent on cases are kept. Billing is 15 minute increments and round down when in-between them. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients upon the closing of a consultation. Time is only billed for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for copying, mileage and any postage required. Typically, FBAs (Functional Behavior Assessments) require 12-15 hours, depending upon the case.
